Hi Gemma, Jill and the Choices Alderley team,
I wanted to say thank you for the amazing job that you did in providing our carpet for the children’ bedrooms! We are so pleased with the result. Not only that, the whole experience was fantastic. To be honest we were dreading the ‘carpet sales pitch’ that we have experienced in the past. However, my mother-in-law said she had heard from her neighbours that Choices at Alderley was very good, so we reluctantly headed over.

From the moment we walked in we were provided with so much information, honest feedback and clear answers to some of our silly questions. Gemma was fantastic and did not rush us at all. She addressed our needs and gave some direction on the different options available. She then followed up by coming to the house with the two samples we preferred so we could view them in the house. This was fantastic as they looked so different out of the showroom. But there was no pressure selling.

Once we had chosen a carpet and it had arrived, Gemma and Jill moved heaven and earth to enable us to have it laid that week, despite being booked out already. They were excellent and so accommodating, and I really appreciated this. The end result is beautiful and exactly what we had hoped for. I would absolutely recommend Choices Alderley for their efficiency, knowledge, professionalism and quality. Thank you for making this such a pleasant and easy process. When we need carpet again we will definitely be coming back to you!

I am writing in regards to the recent purchase and installation of carpet from Choices - Warners Bay (NSW).

My wife and I had previously received a quote for carpet from this store, but had decided to go with another carpet outlet in the area.

The carpet was ordered (or so we thought) and we removed all furniture from our house ready for carpet installation.

After several delays and failures to return phone calls, we grew impatient waiting for the other competitor.

On Friday 1st Feb, around 11:30am, my wife and I went back to Choices Flooring - Warners Bay to see if we could purchase carpet and have it installed ASAP (as we had removed furniture from our house already, and were returning to work the next week).

Within an hour, the salesman (David Loadsman) and I believe the area manager (Andrew Town) had shown us several carpets that were available in the warehouse, matched the competitor's quote as closely as possible, and organised a carpet installer for the next day (even though it was a Saturday).

Within 24 hours of walking back into Choices, we had carpet installed!

We were very appreciative of the efforts of David and Andrew to make this happen, and believe this kind of customer service should be acknowledged.

We have since told this story to several people who we know are looking at replacing carpet int he near future.

I had been looking for a flooring place as I needed to replace the carpets in my home - I wanted timber floors for the hallway and new carpet in one of the bedrooms. I had done a lot of research but couldn't find anyone that I liked. My property manager suggested I drop in to see these guys.

From the minute I stepped into the shop at Lilydale I knew I'd found the right place. Debbie and Amanda were lovely and very helpful. With the range of options available the choice was daunting but they managed to guide me through the maze and helped me choose the perfect flooring.

The floors have just been installed by 2 very professional carpenters who were meticulous in their work - a rare quality these days. They let me know when they were coming, showed up on time and did an amazing job of laying the new floors down. I am totally impressed with this company and extremely happy with my new floors.
