I just wanted to say how impressed I am with the customer service I received. The staff at the store were most helpful and I am extremely happy with the carpet install. The boys on the day were very lovely and I appreciated how prompt they were. One of them even removed a spider for me when I had to move something from a room.

My husband and I are renovating our new home. We went to Choices Flooring Centenary and met the most amazing young lady who juggled 4 lots of customers with impeccable ease. She gave advice and listened to what we liked and what we were hoping to achieve. After coming to my work to collect house keys to do a final check of measurements, we found out the timber laminate we had chosen was not available! Well, this didn't stop this little "pocket rocket"!! She then asked us to come back in to look at other choices she had that would be a "fit" for us. She achieved this with impeccable taste! The store has a good range and is easy to get to. Prices are clearly displayed where some of your competitors don’t have these on show. The shop staff were always helpful on all of the several visits we made prior to purchase. Unlike many of your competitors who use ‘high-pressure’ sales tactics, your staff were friendly and helpful in comparison. 
The carpet was installed on the agreed date and the carpet layer phoned the day before to confirm the appointment. He was very personable and offered us advice on carpet care and maintenance. The quality and care of his work was exceptional which resulted in such a good job.
These days everybody expects excellent customer service but the team at Choices Flooring has exceeded my expectations.
