Lee offers a wealth of expertise from over 30 years in the flooring industry, including 25 years as a floor layer and 4 years as a trainer and assessor. His qualifications include a Cert III in Flooring Technology and a Cert IV in Training and Assessment, highlighting his extensive practical and instructional experience.

Kate brings over 18 years of experience as a visual merchandiser, complemented by a strong background in property styling and an Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design. Her extensive 20+ years in customer service enrich her skill set, making her adept at blending creative design with customer-focused solutions.

Carmen contributes a decade of customer service experience along with 10 years as an installation offsider and 5 years in flooring sales. Her diverse background supports a well-rounded understanding of both customer needs and installation processes.
