How did Choices Flooring get started?

In 1959, Newfurn Floor Coverings Ltd was created by a few independent Victorian
furniture retailers as a way to improve their businesses’ performances as competition
from other larger retailers arose. Many years later, in 1993, they launched Carpet
Choice with 17 stores across Victoria. Now, re-branded as Choices Flooring, there are
more than 140 stores across Australia and New Zealand.

gives you flexibility to stop by at the best time for you.

What if I don’t have much time to browse the store?

Busy with work and family life? We have options. All of our products are available to
view online, so if you don’t have much time to browse, you can check out our products

you can book a free measure and quote and request some flooring samples along with

I’ve never done a flooring project before. How should I prepare?

At Choices Flooring Tuggerah, we’ll take you through every step of the process, from
finding the right flooring for your needs all the way through installation. We can offer you
plenty of advice on how to have a successful remodel. For example, if you’re doing a full
room remodel, you’ll want to make sure any paint is dry before we start installing the
floor. Plus, you’ll want to ensure that you’ve done any additional installation prep that’s
