Our goods come with Guarantees and/or Warranties that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Care and Maintenance Guides are a guide only and no liability will be held by Choices Flooring, their manufacturers, stores or associates for any damage to your flooring. Actual colour samples shown may vary due to the printing process. Selected products may not be on display at some stores, but can be ordered from all stores (except tiles). Not all tiles featured are available at stores who stock tiles, but there will be similar designs to ensure you find the floor you’ve been searching for. Tiles featured are for domestic use only.
Featured products available until sold out or discontinued from the manufacturer. Products feature a pricing range indicator. These price ranges are categorised based off a variety of components including the materials used (natural, engineered etc.), the manufacturing process and the added benefits and features included in individual products (extended warranties, asthma friendly, etc). These price ranges are to be used as a guide only. Luxury vinyl planks/tiles, timber, bamboo and laminate products are sold by the carton and not by the square metre; these prices do not include sub-floor preparation or installation. Find out more about in-store pricing here (http://www.choicesflooring.com.au/pricing/). Prices may vary in regional and rural areas due to freight components. Travel costs may apply in remote rural areas.
Square metre prices are indicative only and do not allow for wastage, as most carpets shown are either 3.66 metres wide or 4 metres wide. Pile reversal shading can occur on some carpets and is an optical effect, showing an apparent colour difference caused by light reflected or
absorbed from disturbed carpet pile. When caused by foot traffic and vacuuming, pile reversal shading is temporary. Watermarking (also known as permanent pile reversal shading) can appear in some plush carpets as irregular shaped light and dark patches. It is not a change in colour, but a change in pile direction that sometimes randomly appears, generally after use. The cause is unknown and the phenomenon is unpredictable.
