Choices Eastwood customer (Suzy) was excellent. On my first visit they explained the products & gave me numerous samples to take home to help me choose. I got other quotes but the customer service wasn't very positive and they were not knowledgeable about their products. The installers were proficient and professional. The surrounding trim was matched beautifully. They cleaned up very proficiently. They were able to give advise that was understandable and preparing the existing floor surface to ensure a good finish. The floors themselves in the 3 bedrooms look very nice giving the rooms a cleaner, larger feel than the old carpets.
