TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over, other than residents of the Australian Capital Territory.
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Choices Flooring stores and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
4. Promotion commences at 12:01am (AEST/NZT) on 12 April 2026 and ends at 11:59pm (AEST/NZT) on 09 May 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
5. To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
(a) Complete a qualifying purchase as follows:
Australian entries: Purchase any one (1) of the Qualifying Brease carpets listed below, paired with Dunlop Comfort CHOICE underlay, with a minimum total spend of $1,500 (AUD) exclusive of GST in a single transaction from any Choices Flooring store in Australia (“Qualifying Transaction”).
New Zealand entries: Purchase any one (1) of the Qualifying Brease carpets listed below, with a minimum total spend of $1,500 (NZD) exclusive of GST in a single transaction from any Choices Flooring store in New Zealand (“Qualifying Transaction”); and then
(b) Visit choicesflooring.com, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details including their full purchase receipt number for the Qualifying Transaction, and submit the fully completed entry form. All entries must be submitted by 11:59 pm AEST/NZT on 09 May 2026.

6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any individual who breaches these Terms and Conditions.
7. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
8. Multiple entries permitted, subject to: (a) one entry per transaction; (b) entries submitted separately; (c) one prize per person.
9. Entrants must retain original purchase receipts as proof of purchase.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to determine the identity of an entrant.
11. Daily draws will occur during the Promotional Period as outlined.
12. Winners will be notified within two (2) business days and published online.
13. The Promoter’s decision is final.
14. Each daily winner receives a Dyson Purifier Cool™ Gen1 purifying fan valued at $799 (AUD).
15. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.
16. Substitute prizes may be offered if unavailable.
17. Total prize pool is $22,372 (AUD).
18. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
19. Unclaimed prize draw may occur on 17 August 2026.
20. Winners consent to promotional use of their details.
21. The Promoter may modify or cancel the promotion if necessary.
22. Internet access costs are the entrant’s responsibility.
23. Automated entries are prohibited.
24. Consumer guarantees under Australian and New Zealand law apply.
25. Winners may be required to sign legal documentation. Prizes will be dispatched within 15 business days.
26. Personal information will be handled per the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
