Bringing a meticulous and detail-oriented approach, Sharmaine is committed to providing exceptional flooring solutions that enhance both residential and commercial spaces.

Nakita Maynard (Store Manager): 

Bringing a wealth of experience, coming on 10 years with Choices Flooring, Nakita is passionate about assisting customers in making informed decisions about their flooring needs. Her hands-on approach reflects her commitment to delivering exceptional service. Her dedication ensures the smooth operation of the store, contributing to an efficient and customer-friendly environment.

Joy Lee (Sales Representative):

Joy has a background in interior architecture and specialises in collaborating with interior designers and clients. With a keen eye for design and a deep understanding of materials, Joy ensures client finds the ideal flooring solution that enhances both style and functionality in their homes or commercial spaces.

Jeff Qi (Sales Representative):

With years of experience in flooring and carpet sales, Jeff is dedicated to helping clients find the perfect flooring solutions for both residential and commercial. Joel Mangan (Project Manager):

Joel has spent the past 8 years working in the flooring industry, where he’s gained extensive hands-on experience and developed a deep understanding of the products, processes, and customer needs. Throughout his career, he’s had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, honing his skills in coordination, quality control, and customer service. Now excited to leverage his industry knowledge and experience to oversee projects, manage teams, and ensure the successful completion of each project.

Ernest Boentaran (Accounts Manager):

Ernest is an experienced Accountant with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting). With a strong foundation in accounting principles and procedures, Ernest is an integral part of the Choices Flooring Fortitude Valley team working with management in financial reconciliations, general ledger management, and regulatory reporting.

Allistair Dorante (Sales Representative):

Sarah Ball (Scheduling Coordinator):

With a career spanning over 17 years, Sarah is a cornerstone of the Choices Flooring Fortitude Valley team. As one of the showroom’s most established and tenured experts, she brings a level of insight that only comes from nearly two decades of witnessing the evolution of flooring trends, technologies, and installation techniques. This dedication has allowed her to build enduring client relationships based on trust, transparency, and a shared goal of excellence.

Renan Rinaldi (Estimator) :

Renan holds a degree in Civil Engineering and works as an Estimator at Choices Flooring, preparing cost estimates for residential and commercial construction works. He interprets technical and construction documentation, performs accurate quantity take-offs and material assessments using measurement software, and conducts detailed cost analysis in accordance with Australian Standards and project scope requirements. With practical experience in projects in Australia and a strong foundation in technical drafting, Renan delivers clear, structured, and reliable proposals.

Kamran Zand (Warehouse Manager):

With over five years of dedicated experience as a Warehouse Manager in the flooring industry, I have developed a deep-rooted passion for the technical and aesthetic aspects of the trade. My tenure has been defined by a commitment to operational excellence and a "customer-first" mentality, ensuring that every contractor and homeowner receives not just a product, but a reliable solution for their space.
