Paul and I would like to thankyou for the service and product provided to us in the choosing of bamboo flooring for our home. We are both very happy and pleased with the floor and the look it has given our entrance, kitchen and family room. Your assistance at the beginning was fantastic and coming out to our home with samples certainly helped in deciding what colour to choose.

Des and Tania did a great job on Monday in removing the tiles with minimal discomfort and mess. Dear Choices Flooring Team,

Just wanted to send a quick email to say thank you to all the team at Choices Flooring Hoppers Crossing, we had new carpet laid in our bedroom and WIR and from the start of the carpet buying process everyone at your shop has been great!!

Vic was super helpful with the selection process and then Chris came and measured, giving us an excellent quote and even though we couldn't get the exact carpet we were after, Chris spoke with the manufacturer and they were able to give us something just as nice for the same quote. The carpet layer Dave accommodated us by coming round at 6am!! to get the carpet all laid for us and it looks terrific.

I've just had one of your carpet layers out to stretch a couple of ripples in the carpet we bought a few years ago. He actually also came out just before Christmas to stretch the carpet in another room that gets quite a bit of pedestrian traffic. 

It was the same guy both times and I want to commend you and your team. We have been thrilled with the carpet, which a very knowledgeable woman your end helped my husband select in the first place as I was interstate. 

Then to have the follow up of maintaining it after six years is exceptional.

The guy who came out was prompt, polite and professional. He was on time and there was no fuss with what he needed to do. 

The carpet looks like new again.
