Hi, our store has been serving the Northern Beaches and surrounding suburbs for 35+ years now. There is over 100 years of combined flooring experience alone amongst our team in the shop and lots more if you add in our fantastic installers, some of whom have worked for us for over 20 years.

We have a beautifully appointed store, with fantastic displays of all the latest and greatest floorcoverings, colours and trends and associated components. Balgowlah is fast becoming a home decorators paradise with Bunnings, Freedom Furniture, Coco Republic, King Furniture, Harvey Norman, Lounge Lovers and so much more all located in the space of 3 blocks.

The local Woolworths carpark is 50m from our front door, so parking is a breeze. Even closer is L'Americano Cafe (opposite our shop) which does fantastic Coffee and meals and next door is the just-opened Positive Energy Wellness Centre which also makes great coffee and healthy drinks. We are a family-operated store with owners Adam and Amanda Evans along with son Rusty-Jay Evans all local to the area with both Adam and Rusty-Jay born at Manly Hospital. We firmly believe we have the most experienced team of flooring experts and installers with the highest level of craftsmanship available in the local area. Unique services we provide and specialize in include: 
- Supply and install of true Sisal flooring 
- Overlocking 
- Hand-drawn to scale plans for carpet install (it all starts with a great plan) 
- Expertise in dressing houses for sale - we partner with a huge number of Real Estate agents, property managers and designers across hundreds of projects for fast turnover of styled properties for sale to maximise your home's value (check out some of our latest projects on Instagram and Facebook).
- We partner with several local builders, such as Wattle Court/ GJ Gardner, for new home design and finishing. 
- We partner with most local Strata managers and are experts in recarpeting common areas/ stairs and landings, including the supply of safety-compliant stair nosing's and fire-rated and compliant floor coverings
- We have a large warehouse attached to our store which has a range of products available to purchase such as Underlay (both Carpet and hard flooring), a selection of finishing trims and scotia beading, a huge range of carpet remnants that can be made into rugs or runners, stock carpets and sheet vinyl rolls, a small selection of carpet tiles and discontinued samples that make great door mats or pet mats
- We have a small selection of cleaning products, and a range of 50-hour burn scented soy candles in-store
- We are open on Saturday.

Residential Flooring Services:

Our primary expertise is domestic home carpet and hard flooring design and installation. We have a fantastic range of products, and our staff are trained in colour and design, along with tools like room view and 24-hour sample lend out to help in your decision-making process. Our very experienced team are able to provide accurate and realistic estimations, and we understand that floorcoverings are long term purchases, so it is important to get it right so that you can enjoy your new floor coverings for years and years.

Commercial Flooring Services: 

We have handled several large-scale carpet tile jobs in Aged Care (RSL Lifecare Anzac Village) over 1000m2 and smaller jobs such as the Australian Institute of Police Management in Manly to name a couple. Our primary expertise in commercial work is Common Areas/ Stairs and Landings including managing the installation of stair nosings and fire compliance.
