Bianca recently joined the business, bringing with her a background in administration and law. Her attention to detail, organisational strength, and people focused approach compliment Luke’s industry experience, making them a well-balanced leadership team.

With more than three decades of experience across sales, customer service, and management, including over three years in the flooring industry. Glenn brings deep expertise and a calm, confident presence to the team. He is enthusiastic about supporting both customers and colleagues, creating an environment where people feel respected, informed, and genuinely looked after. Glenn is known for his approachable style and his ability to give customers the space they need to make decisions they feel good about. Building trust is at the heart of his work, and he is committed to delivering long-term value through honest guidance, clear communication, and a strong focus on service.

Denika joined Choices Flooring over 12 months ago, bringing a Diploma in Interior Design and Decoration along with a strong understanding of the building process, from foundations and framing through to finishes. After returning to work following the birth of her three children, she was keen to step back into a design-focused role while continuing to build her knowledge, and flooring has been a natural fit. Her design background helps her confidently guide clients toward flooring choices that suit the vision for their home.

Rebecca has been part of the flooring industry since 2018, bringing eight years of experience to her role at Choices Flooring. With a background in administration, she quickly adapted to the fast-paced, detail-focused nature of the industry. After working in larger companies, she was drawn to the close-knit, community feel of a smaller business. Known for her strong organisational skills, Rebecca helps keep things running smoothly and supports customers with care, from answering questions to guiding product choices and project planning.

Tina brings over 12 years of experience with Choices Flooring Toowoomba, having worked across administration, accounts management, and sales support. Before joining the flooring industry, she spent 19 years in the building sector, giving her a broad skill set and strong industry knowledge. Known for her adaptability, Tina can step into almost any role within the business. She values honest communication, strong relationships, and a personable approach, helping every customer feel supported throughout their flooring journey.
