We were very pleased with the outcome of our floor coverings from Choices Flooring, advice given re strata requirements on underlay and suitability as a rental – Unit now looks open, fresh and light. The renovation work was complemented by the floor coverings that blend in with existing tiling in bathroom and laundry looking like it was planned to match – as we had hoped.

I received excellent service from Drashna in the showroom, she was very informative on our carpet selection, the carpet arrived from over east when she said it would, and she took the time to explain in detail how she arrived at the 'quote ' figure', [ other showrooms were just plucking a figure out of thin air].
Julian was the fitter who installed the carpets, he is obviously a very experienced gentleman, the quality of his workmanship showed up on the stairs where he had to cut around bannisters, several akward angles and curved steps, the job was perfect.
I am a pensioner who has had many carpets laid in several houses over the years and it is so refreshing to deal with people that deliver such a quality service.

I had spoken to a number of different flooring companies before I spoke to Kiran from Choices Flooring. There is simply no question that I made the right decision, Kiran listened to what I wanted and then gave me the exact product that I was after, where all the other flooring stores were trying to ‘sell’ me what they had in stock as opposed to what I wanted.
