Now in his third year with Choices Flooring by Smiths, Nathan is not only a knowledgeable flooring consultant but also the team’s resident comedian. Known for his dad jokes and quick wit, Nathan brings a light-hearted, positive energy to every customer interaction. Chantelle – Flooring Consultant & Design Advisor

Also with the team for over three years, Chantelle works across both domestic and commercial projects, ensuring every detail is handled with care and efficiency. With strong industry connections, she helps keep projects on track and stress-free. Recently completing a color and design workshop, Chantelle brings valuable insight to product selection and interior styling, making sure your flooring choices not only perform well but look stunning too. From tones and textures to finding the perfect match, Chantelle is here to guide you every step of the way.

Mark – Flooring Consultant (Part-Time)

After more than three years as our Admin and Office Manager, Mark made the move into a part-time flooring consultant role—and we couldn't be happier to keep him on the team. With a wealth of knowledge in flooring and a reputation for going above and beyond, Mark ensures your project is handled with care from start to finish. You’ll now catch him in-store three days a week, likely sharing stories from his latest surfing weekend while helping you navigate the showroom. One thing’s for sure—Mark is someone who won’t let you down.
