Geoff Smith (Owner and Manager)

Born and bred in Mornington, Geoff loves the Mornington Peninsula and in particular, it's beaches. His other passion is the mighty Richmond football club. Now living with his wife Sally in Tyabb on a small acreage he loves the proximity to work. Geoff and Sally have 5 children. Matt a teacher, Sam and Ned who work with Geoff, and Emma and Annie who are both at Uni. They are also proud grandparents of 3 boys. They have just joined the grey nomads and on their travels hope to catch up with lifelong friends made through the Choices group.

Ned Smith (Domestic Sales)

Ned has been working in the store for almost 8 years. In that time he has matured into an outstanding salesperson. He has a wonderful rapport with customers and anyone he meets. This together with his commitment to service leaves no doubt why he is so successful in gaining sales. Ned loves watching any sport particularly the Bombers. He also enjoys the occasional game of golf.

Pat Bell (Domestic Sales)

Pat has worked with the team for over 27 years, a rare thing in these times. Obviously, after so many years, he has a wealth of knowledge of the flooring trade. Pat is a keen fisherman and loves football and his local footy club Sorrento. Geoff could not find a more loyal person than Pat.

Sam Smith (Commercial Sales and Warehouse Manager)

Sam originally started 12 years ago as a carpet-laying apprentice before injuring his knee in his final year. This forced him into the shop where he excelled in commercial sales. His carpet-laying background enables him to communicate with commercial builders and installers. This also helps him control the warehouse and installations. Sam loves his family time with his wife Tara and sons Brody and Harry. He is also a passionate Richmond supporter.
