With over 30 years of experience and as a second-generation flooring specialist, Marcus brings
unmatched expertise to every project. His focus is on delivering the perfect flooring solution tailored to
each client’s needs. Backed by a commitment to quality and service, Marcus ensures every installation
meets the highest standards and guarantees customer satisfaction.

Managing Director/Accounts – Kate Winterton

Kate’s background in real estate and customer service, coupled with her passion for interior design, brings
creativity and style to the business. Her eye for detail and commitment to client experience perfectly
complements Marcus’s technical expertise, creating a strong and balanced leadership team.

Office Manager - Trish Siegman

Trish joined the team in 2024, bringing more than 15 years of office management and customer service
experience. Skilled in finance, logistics and process optimisation, she ensures the smooth day-to-day
operations of the business, allowing the sales and installation teams to focus on delivering exceptional
results for clients.

Sales Account Manager – Levi Hird

With 19+ years of hands-on expertise in the flooring industry, Levi delivers exceptional technical knowledge and customer-focused solutions to every client.
A certified flooring specialist who completed a rigorous four-year apprenticeship followed by two and a half years of contracting in both carpet and vinyl, Levi transitioned into flooring sales in 2012, building a strong foundation in retail sales and advancing to flooring account management since 2014.
Levi’s career reflects a deep commitment to quality craftsmanship and tailored service, ensuring seamless installations and lasting satisfaction for every project.

Sales Consultant – Angela Riseborough
