I just wanted to write this email to express how grateful we are with the over and above customer service you recently provided us. 5 years ago we purchased carpet for our home and due to poor laying it had stretched considerably and was looking very unattractive. We contacted you to see if you could provide a solution and were totally overwhelmed with the offer of fixing the issue at no charge to us. On so many occasions with follow up customer service you are given no support or solutions and on most occasions people only ever contact you to complain. Thank you again for your amazing service.

I recently had the upper floor of my townhouse carpeted by Choices Flooring in Osborne Park. A huge thank you to everyone, especially Drashna who gave me wonderful ongoing advice, nothing was too difficult. After also allowing me to borrow a multitude of samples to check the colouring in my home, the carpet chosen was just right. Thanks also, to the very friendly and efficient installer Justin. I received excellent service from Drashna in the showroom, she was very informative on our carpet selection, the carpet arrived from over east when she said it would, and she took the time to explain in detail how she arrived at the 'quote ' figure', [ other showrooms were just plucking a figure out of thin air].
Julian was the fitter who installed the carpets, he is obviously a very experienced gentleman, the quality of his workmanship showed up on the stairs where he had to cut around bannisters, several akward angles and curved steps, the job was perfect.
I am a pensioner who has had many carpets laid in several houses over the years and it is so refreshing to deal with people that deliver such a quality service.

Best place to get your floor coverings, what I liked the best was the way they analysed exactly what my needs were first. Amazing knowledge about all different types of flooring, that I had no idea about. Thank you for your honesty and fabulous service.

I had spoken to a number of different flooring companies before I spoke to Kiran from Choices Flooring. There is simply no question that I made the right decision, Kiran listened to what I wanted and then gave me the exact product that I was after, where all the other flooring stores were trying to ‘sell’ me what they had in stock as opposed to what I wanted.

Now the floor has been laid and it looks absolutely amazing with both family and friends commenting. Soon I will be redoing the rest of my house to match and there is simply no question as to where I will be going to get the job done. Thanks Kiran… and please pass my thanks onto your entire team.
