With 30 years as a flooring installer, Maugan brings strong technical skills, practical insight, and a solutions‑focused mindset to every project. His hands-on experience across all flooring types helps him resolve on-site challenges and deliver reliable outcomes for residential and commercial projects. As Operations Manager, he uses his project management experience to keep jobs running smoothly, from planning and coordination through to handover. Maugan also spent six years as a Queensland Trainer and Assessor with TAFE Queensland and holds Certificate III and IV qualifications, making him a trusted flooring expert.
Marnie
Owner/ Store Manager
Marnie brings a warm, people-focused leadership style to her role as Store Manager, supported by strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills developed through her background in early childhood education.
